eNamad and payments, step by step.
Selling online in Iran takes two things: an eNamad trust seal and a payment gateway. Here is what each one asks for — the paperwork itself we handle for you.
eNamad trust seal
eNamad is issued by Iran's Electronic Commerce Development Centre, and almost every bank requires it before granting a direct gateway.
Sole trader
- National ID card and first page of the birth certificate
- Domain registered in the applicant's own name
- A landline in the applicant's name or at the same address
- Postcode and exact business address
- Signed individual undertaking form
- A trade licence, if your goods or services need one
Registered company
- Incorporation notice and latest changes in the Official Gazette
- Company articles of association
- Managing director's national ID and birth certificate
- Domain registered in the company's name
- Corporate undertaking form, stamped and signed
- Business permit or relevant operating licence
Payment gateway
Two routes. Which one fits usually comes down to how soon you need to be live and whether per-transaction fees matter to you.
Direct bank gateway
No transaction feeMoney lands straight in your own account, but it needs more documents and usually takes a few weeks.
